Equity Title’s Commercial Division is designed to accommodate all aspects of commercial transactions. Utilizing the knowledge and legal experience of tested professionals, Equity’s Commercial Division is able to close the most challenging transactions.
The division, located in Salt Lake City, provides expertise in all types of title work including commercial development, commercial resale, commercial and project finance, investment properties and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
Since its inception, Equity Title has provided the best people and technology to ensure that real estate transactions close in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. Equity Title provides a wealth of resources to assist the real estate professional with commercial real estate transactions, both locally and out-of-state. Equity Title’s commercial escrow officers have substantial local, regional, and national experience handling 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, land acquisitions, and the entire spectrum of commercial transactions from a single building to large, multi-state portfolios.
The mission of the Commercial Division is to close even the toughest real estate transactions smoothly and on time. “Red tape” does not exist at Equity Title’s Commercial Division. Our experienced and empowered local management has a close relationship with Equity’s national underwriters, and is capable and available to make tough transaction decisions on the spot.
The Equity Title Commercial Division is managed by David Delahunty. Dave has extensive knowledge and experience in both title and escrow. Dave has been with Equity Title since the very beginning as has managed our Weber & Davis County Title Plant operations before consolidation as well as a high producing residential office. Dave has the insight and creativity, to close the most complicated of commercial transactions without a problem.
